Q: Do you need a physical picture or can it be electronic (i.e. jpeg)?
A: The process works faster if you are able to email me the picture. However, I have had customers send me hard copy pictures, which I will return, through the mail. Keep in mind that in most cases I will copy the position of the dog in the picture exactly; so make sure it is a pose that you like.

Q: How many pictures do you need?
A: If you can provide more than one that is ideal. This way I can determine which looks best for the composition of the painting. Also I can see features in the pet that may not be visible in just one picture.

Q: Can I have a smaller size?
A: Yes, I can make many different sizes. The sizes listed on the price list are the sizes of canvas that I always have in stock. Most other sizes can be ordered. Just email me personally to talk about special dimensions.

Q: Can I get any color background?
A: Yes, I have done many different colors. Sky is the limit.

Q: How do I get the painting?
A: I will send it to you through the mail. Most likely UPS Ground unless you would like some other service. I will get it insured to make sure it arrives unharmed.

Q: Is shipping included?
A: No, unfortunately I cannot afford to ship for free as I ship paintings everywhere! Each state is different so we can discuss that through email.
